Mané Beglaryan currently consults for the EU Advisory Group supporting the implementation of the EU-Armenia European Neighborhood Policy Action Plan. Before joining this project Mané worked for UNDP/Armenia on anti-corruption and HIV/AIDS issues. She comes with a background in international development having worked for private consulting companies in Washington, DC. Her main areas of interest are public policy reform, institutional capacity building, and program evaluation. Mané is a graduate of Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, Syracuse University and Yerevan State University.
